By using AeroSphere's phone booking service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Our service
AeroSphere provides a phone-based travel booking service. We research and arrange flights and hotels on your behalf through authorized travel suppliers.
3. Bookings and payments
All bookings are subject to availability and supplier terms. You are responsible for providing accurate traveler information. Payment is required before tickets or hotel confirmations are issued.
4. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change policies depend on the airline, hotel, or travel supplier. Fees may apply. Please see our Refund / Cancellation Policy for more details.
5. Limitation of liability
AeroSphere acts as a booking agent. We are not liable for supplier delays, cancellations, or service issues beyond our control. Travelers should consider appropriate travel insurance.
